Subhasish Saha is Chief Technology Officer at Apeejay Surrendra Group, a conglomerate having multiple verticals in hospitality, retail , plantations, Shipping, Logistics, Real Estates, and business centre operations, HQ in Kolkata and London.

An alumnus of Indian Statistical Institute and a certified ITIL professional and an IT leader credited with over 20 years experience in handling large complex Information systems and projects for the organization besides providing expertise in Systems Management and Automation, Infrastructure management including data backup & recovery, Security , Risk and compliance and Business Continuity and leading enterprise wide ERP implementation.

In the current role as an enterprise leader and member of executive leadership team, key focuses have been for strategic level decision-making and driving business strategy across group companies under Apeejay Surrendra group. Emphasis has always been to demonstrate IT beyond a rigid technology-only focus to drive business growth and create competitive advantage. He has implemented both private and public cloud since early 2008. Besides hard-core IT infrastructure, proactive management of Information security through implementation of latest technologies (SIEM) and processes (VAPT) have got equal attention in forming overall IT strategy.

Some of the awards like Edge from UBM, CIO 100 finalist, CISO 100 Award etc. are acknowledgements. He has been a speaker in various forums, writing articles and blogs on technology journals and web, participating as advisor and jurors in various IT initiatives are some of the activities as his contribution to the industry.

He is happily married to Anamika and is blessed with two sons Anubhav and Arghya.
