Mr. Aradhye is a Commerce Graduate and carries professional qualifications and certifications – CA, CISA and CISM.

Mr. Aradhye has multifaceted 30 years’ experience starting his career in the domain of accounting, taxation and finance in manufacturing environment and thereafter moving into functional roles as SAP Consultant. He was involved in several SAP implementation projects in and out of India. Mr. Aradhye has been working in IT management roles for over 13 years and has worked in Pharma and Steel industry before moving into diversified conglomerate RPG Enterprise at end of 2012.

Mr. Aradhye has led his organizations through –

Formulating and realizing long term IT strategy and Business Transformation initiatives.
Implementation of highly complex large scale multi-systems projects involving SAP, i2 and JDA solutions
Development of Solution Template for Global roll outs
Key role in Mergers and integration of Acquisitions
Transforming IT functions from order taker one to business partner

His present role encompasses –

Providing direction and mentoring to IT teams across several businesses to improve collaboration
Advising and actively leading IT strategies formulation and realization for RPG Group and individual businesses
Driving group level initiatives for business transformation and standardization leveraging economies of scale
